I had a wonderful experience working with Julia as my realtor. She was very helpful, patient, and always took the time to explain things in a way I could understand. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions, and she made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Julia stayed in contact with me, kept me updated, and made sure everything was moving forward smoothly. She really cared about helping me find the right home and not just any home. We cannot recommend Julia highly enough! Julia was a fantastic realtor and advocate for two very excited first time homebuyers. She was flexible with our schedules for showings and was always available for any questions or updates we had for her. Julia always went the extra mile for us through multiple home contracts to ensure we ended up with the home we loved. We encountered several atypical and unforeseen situations during our search and, with each obstacle, Julia remained unflappable, responsive, and helpful. Julia did a fantastic job with keeping up to date with changes and information about the houses as we were seeing different houses.
